SHIPPING POLICY

Mashriq is committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for your purchased products. Our aim is to ensure your outfit is carefully packed and delivered to your doorstep in a designated time.

Shipping charges are displayed separately as part of the order. The final payment amount will include shipping charges.

Domestic orders

For domestic orders, there is a flat shipping charge of PKR 240 per order. All domestic orders once processed will be delivered as per following:

  • Standard delivery timeline for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad: 3-5 working days.
  • Standard delivery timeline for other cities: 5-7 working days.

During sale periods, you may experience delay in deliveries.

International Shipping

For all our valued customers placing international orders, we ensure a seamless delivery process. Shipping charges for international orders are flat Rs.26,500 per order. It is important to note that customers are responsible for any custom duties or import taxes applicable to their international orders. After order processing (which can take up to 7 days), the shipment is handed over to our courier partner for delivery within next 5–7 days. In total, international orders may take up to 15 days to arrive.

Return & Exchange for International Orders

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped internationally. However, if you receive an item in the wrong size or in a defective condition, kindly contact us at cs@theMashriqshop.com or call at our UAN 021-111-119-336. Our Customer Services Representative will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Duties & Taxes

Mashriq ships all international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are notified at the checkout process about possible duties and custom charges upon receiving the order in their respective countries, which must be borne by customers.

In the event of a refused shipment at the time of delivery, Mashriq will deduct shipping charges, sales tax, and duty tax from the total refund amount.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Mashriq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached. The product should not have been used in any way, and the packaging must be unblemished and intact.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we are happy to exchange it for you. Simply contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of the defective/wrong product at cs@theMashriqshop.com or calling us at our UAN 021-111-119-336 within 10 days of delivery. Our dedicated team will review the product, and if eligible, we will provide you with an online voucher of the same value as the purchased product.

Refunds

We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. For more information, please refer to our claim policy.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged 

  • Items offered in Sale and Discount will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  • Not all products can be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, items such as Undergarments, Camisole, Thermals, and Masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, items such as perfumes, and jewellery cannot be returned. 
  • Products purchased at their regular price during a sale will be refunded based on the price effective at the time of the return.

We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product description and related information before making a purchase to ensure their satisfaction. 

Please note that slight variations in color or texture of the final item may occur due to differences in color of the monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots. We want to ensure transparency and inform you that products cannot be exchanged solely based on these variations.

Return Process

We will then provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed.

4.     Discount vouchers and E-Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively on our website. It is important to note that each purchase can only utilize a single voucher code.

5.     The company reserves the right to invalidate any coupon code or gift voucher under certain circumstances and in accordance with its policies, terms, and conditions.

 Post-Delivery Claims


In case of any missing item(s), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment so we can take the matter up with our courier partner.
